Terms of Use

These terms apply to mypredictioniq.com and to the PredictionIQ apps for iPhone and Android, which display the same site. By creating an account or using PredictionIQ you agree to them.
The short version. PredictionIQ shows you prediction-market prices, scores and public information. It is not a place to trade and it never handles your money. PredictionIQ Pro is a single purchase of $2.99 — not a subscription, nothing renews. Nothing here is investment advice.
What PredictionIQ is
PredictionIQ is an information service. It reads public data from prediction markets, sports feeds and sportsbooks and presents it in one place: prices, scores, leaderboards, the public positions of public wallets, and the notes we call IQ Intel.
You cannot place, cancel or settle a trade in PredictionIQ, and PredictionIQ never takes custody of money or of any account you hold anywhere else. "Picks" are a free scorekeeping feature: they are recorded against the market's price and settled on paper, with no money involved.
Your account
- You need an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- One person per account. Do not share an account, and do not create an account for someone else without their say-so.
- You must be old enough to form a contract where you live, and at least 18.
- Do not scrape the site, hammer our servers, try to reach data that is not yours, or use PredictionIQ to break a law or another service's rules.
- You can delete your account at any time from My Account. Deleting it removes your profile, follow list, watchlist and picks.
PredictionIQ Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase of $2.99 (or the equivalent in your currency). It is not a subscription. There is no renewal, no trial that turns into a charge, and no second charge. Pro unlocks:
- Following traders, with your list synced to your account on every device.
- Phone alerts when a trader you follow opens a position, sells out, wins or loses.
- IQ Intel — sportsbook consensus, projections, lines, injuries and news, per game.
- Game alerts — a notification when a team scores, leads by a set amount, or a game goes live.
Everything else stays free: the boards, every price, every score, the leaderboard, reading any trader's book, picks and the watchlist.
How it is billed. Pro is bought inside the app. Apple or Google takes the payment, charges the payment method on your App Store or Google Play account, and we are told only that a purchase was made. We never see your card.
What it unlocks. The purchase is attached to the PredictionIQ account that was signed in when it was made, and it unlocks that account wherever you sign in — including a different phone or the website. One store purchase unlocks one PredictionIQ account; if a purchase has already been attached to an account, signing in to that account is how you use it. Use Restore purchases in the app (on the Pro card under My Account) after a reinstall or on a new phone.
Refunds. Because Apple and Google take the payment, they handle refunds under their own policies — we cannot issue one ourselves. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use the Google Play order history. Write to us at support@mypredictioniq.com if something went wrong and we will help you sort it out with the store.
If a store tells us a purchase was refunded or reversed, the unlock ends.
Apple. On iPhone and iPad, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard licensed-application end-user licence agreement also apply to the app and to any purchase made in it: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to support the app, and is not responsible for it; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Not investment advice
PredictionIQ displays market prices and public information. Nothing in it — not a price, a leaderboard position, an IQ Intel note, an alert, or anything else — is investment advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer to trade. We are not brokers, dealers or advisers.
Prediction markets carry risk, including the loss of everything you put in. Any decision you make is yours. PredictionIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, any sportsbook, any sports league, or any team; their names and marks belong to them.
What we can and cannot promise
The data comes from third parties and from public blockchains. It can be late, wrong, or missing, and a feed can go down. We show it as we receive it and do our best to say when something is stale, but we do not warrant that anything on the page is accurate, complete or current, and we do not promise the service will be available without interruption.
To the fullest extent the law allows, PredictionIQ is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us — which, for almost everyone, is the price of Pro. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using PredictionIQ and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to attack the service, or that we are required to close. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, and you bought Pro, tell us and we will help you get a refund from the store.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and we note it in the app. Keeping on using PredictionIQ after that means the new terms apply. A change never turns a one-time purchase into a recurring one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which PredictionIQ is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
