Common questions
I didn't get my confirmation email. Check your spam folder first — new senders often land there. On the sign-in screen, choose "Send the email again" to have another one sent.
I forgot my password. Email us from the address on the account and we will send a reset link.
The prices look out of date. The board refreshes on its own every few seconds while it is open. If the header says SNAPSHOT instead of LIVE, the feed is briefly unavailable and the page is showing the last figures it received.
Delete my account. Open the app or the site, sign in, and choose Delete account beside Sign out. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
Deleting your account
You can remove your PredictionIQ account and everything attached to it at any time, from inside the app or the site. Sign in, find Delete account next to Sign out — it is in the sidebar and above your follow list — and confirm with the email and password on the account. We ask for the password again so that a phone someone else has picked up cannot wipe your account in two taps.
It happens immediately and it cannot be undone. We delete your sign-in record, your username, the list of traders you follow, your alert history and your notification registration. Nothing else about you is kept: PredictionIQ stores no payment details, no location, no contacts, and no advertising or analytics identifiers.
If you cannot sign in and want the account removed, email support@mypredictioniq.com from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
The market prices, scores and public trader records shown in the app are not yours and are not affected — they belong to the exchange and to ESPN.
What PredictionIQ is
PredictionIQ displays live prediction-market prices, in-play sports scores, and public trader activity. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, or execute trades. Nothing in it is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. PredictionIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, any sports league, or any team.
