Privacy Policy

PredictionIQ is a prediction-market information service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. It applies to mypredictioniq.com and to the PredictionIQ mobile apps, which display the same site.
The short version. We collect your email address so you can have an account, and the list of traders you choose to follow. If you turn on alerts, we also hold the notification token your phone gives us, so we can send them. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect
- Email address and password. Required to create an account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider; we never see them.
- Your follow list and watchlist. The wallets and markets you choose to follow, stored against your account so they are the same on every device.
- Sign-in records. Timestamps of sign-in attempts, kept to detect password guessing and lock accounts that are under attack.
- A notification token, only if you turn alerts on. When you allow alerts, your phone issues a token that lets us deliver them, and our notification provider records the device model and operating-system version it belongs to so the message is formatted correctly. The token is tied to your account so an alert reaches your phone and nobody else's. Turn alerts off and we stop using it.
We do not ask for your name, date of birth, phone number, address, payment details, contacts, photos, or location.
The apps ask for two permissions, both optional and both refusable without losing the app. Notifications, so we can tell you when a trader you follow takes a position; say no and the rest of the app works exactly the same. Face ID or your fingerprint, used only to unlock the app on your own phone. That check happens on the device and its result never leaves it: we never receive your face or fingerprint data, and neither does anyone else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not serve advertising, and there are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the site or the apps.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We do not build advertising profiles.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase — accounts, authentication, and your follow list.
- Netlify — website hosting and standard server logs.
- Resend — sending account confirmation emails.
- OneSignal — delivering push notifications, if you turn alerts on.
These providers process data on our instructions only. Market prices come from Polymarket US and sports information from public scoreboards; those are read by us and displayed to you, and no personal information about you is sent to them.
Children
PredictionIQ is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app or the site at any time: sign in and choose Delete account next to Sign out. It happens immediately and it cannot be undone. We remove your sign-in, your username, your follow list, your alert history and your notification registration; the data goes from our systems and from backups on their normal rotation. If you cannot sign in, email support@mypredictioniq.com from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see a copy of your information or to correct it. Use the same address and we will answer.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Accounts are protected by password hashing and rate limiting on sign-in. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you.
Not investment advice
PredictionIQ displays market prices and public information. Nothing in it is investment advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer to trade. PredictionIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, any sports league, or any team.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and we note it on the site.
